Duck breast with Rioja wine

Time for a bite. Duck breast (waitrose-sourced) with green peppers and wheat noodles cooked with Hoising souce.

Cooked  according to instructions on packages, extremely yummy.
Very flavoured, the fat on the breast greatly enhances any aromas coming from the plate.

A single breast is a bit too big for a single person, so I'd say - split it. Also, on a hunch, I'd add snap beans next to the peppers.

The wine is a Rioja, also sourced from waitrose, which is a bit too sweet for me, but compliments the duck. It is quite thick and spicy, making the whole experience a storm of flavours.
